If you do not agree to the amended terms, you agree to stop using the Sites and Services immediately.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITES AND SERVICES AFTER SUCH POSTING (OR OTHER NOTIFICATION, IF ANY) MEANS YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MODIFIED TERMS OF USE.
